Hammer Timed Ltd are seeking consignment specialists to join our team on a Self-Employed basis.

Hammer Timed Ltd is a Online Auction/Classified platform selling Agricultural, Construction and Commercial equipment. All equipment is sold directly from the sellers location reducing the need to transport equipment unnecessarily.

We are small family run company with a big focus on customer service

As a Consignment Specialist, you will be responsible for liaising with current and prospect customers to Consign their equipment to our platform.

The role is suitable for any candidate who resides in the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland.

Responsibilities:
– Communicate with current and potential customers to consign equipment
– Update the CRM after each communication with customers
– Partake in short monthly teams calls to update HQ (At a convenient time)
– Use our simple digital entry form to enter consigned equipment.
– Promote the company at all times.

Requirements
– Ideally have a interest/experience in Agricultural Construction or Commercial equipment.
– Citizen located and with the right to work in the United Kingdom
– Basic I.T Skills
– Self motivated professional
– Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team

The Role

– This is a commission only role with huge earning potential to the right candidates

– Its a flexible role and the right candidate can work the hours they choose.

– We hold our Auctions every two Months. The role requires the right candidates to Consign equipment to our Auction. Any unsold lots go onto our Marketplace/Classified section after the auction where we continue to hopefully sell them, up until the next Auction.

– When a item is entered into the Auction or Marketplace and sells we then charge the seller a sale fee and the buyer pays the equivalent fee in the form as buyers premium. If it doesn’t sell there is no charge to the Customer. The fees are calculated based off the reserve set buy the seller

£0-£249 = £25

£250-£499 = £50

£500 – £999 = £70

£1000 – £2499 = £135

£2500 – £5999 = £175

£6000-£9999 = £220

£10,000 – £19,999 = £299

£20,000 – £29,000 = £399

£30,000 – £44,999 = £475

£45,000 + = £575

Example Sale – Machine sells in the Auction or the Marketplace for £22,500.

Buyer is Charged £399

Commission

– The right candidate will receive the same amount in commission when a item they entered sells. Commission is only paid when items have sold.

This role has a huge earning potential for the right candidate as all commission is uncapped

We will also pay additional Commission to any candidate who introduces a bespoke sale to the Company. (This amount will be a percentage of profits from the sale)
