The Herbst S52 is designed as a highly mobile, versatile screener capable of processing a broad range of materials including soil, stone, crushed concrete, sand, gravel, compost, demolition material and recycled aggregates.

Its aggressive two-deck 7 ft x 4 ft screen box produces up to three separate fractions, with hydraulically folding discharge conveyors allowing excellent stockpiling capacity. Herbst quotes potential output of up to 250 tonnes per hour, depending on material, mesh size and operating conditions.
